[Meeting proposal notification] First Endowment Fund Management Committee meeting of the 2024 academic year
I. The first Endowment Fund Management Committee Meeting of the 2024 academic year will be held in the near future. Business units that wish to make a proposal should send it to the Office of Finance by Monday Oct. 21, 2024.
II. The proposal should be written vertically on A4 paper and be separated into the following categories: topic, raised by (unit), description, proposal, and resolution. Additionally, a proposal budget review sheet must be provided. In addition to the printed version of relevant data, please email an e-copy to z8703005@email.ncku.edu.tw to facilitate consolidation.
